Italian sausage

I love cooking Italian sausage. These are the thin sausage. You can buy them in the meat section at your supermarket. They also make fatter sausage which will take longer to cook. I like the thin sausage. I bake them at 325° in the oven on a baking pan for about 45 minutes. Heat your favorite red tomato sauce on the stove while the sausage are cooking. When the sausage are done in the oven, I put them in the sauce on the stove and let them stay for about 10 minutes on low heat. I have the sausage here on an onion roll. You can also eat them plain with just the sauce on them in a dish. They are very tasty.

Wow! Nice intro of Italian sausage! I normally have German sausages. I will try one!

Nice to know someone from New york! I was in NYC last summer during a vacation in USA and I enjoyed it very much!
