Orange juice

One of my favorite drinks, orange juice is very tasty. You can have it with many foods. It goes well with toast, breads, pancakes, waffles, and many other breakfast foods. You can also have it alone. Orange juice has vitamin C and is a healthy drink.

Prune juice

Prune juice taste smooth and sweet. It is very tasty. It has the same taste as eating prunes. Prune juice is high in iron and has many different vitamins and minerals in it. It also has potassium and fiber. Orange juice has a lot of potassium in it also, with a little fiber. Prune juice is the most healthiest drink that I have.

Hot cocoa

Hot cocoa is great to have in the cold winter months. The cocoa I have here also has marshmallows in it. Check the labels when you buy cocoa. Some cocoa with marshmallows has a lot of calcium in it. It is a good way of getting extra calcium. I just fill this size tea cup shown in the picture almost up to the top with cold water. Then I put the tea cup in the microwave for one minute and fifty seconds. Then just empty the cocoa and marshmallow packet into the water and mix. The water can also be boiled on the stove and added later.

Chocolate milk

Chocolate milk is a great way of getting calcium if you don't like the regular plain milk. The only thing is that it does not go with many foods that well. I don't think I ever have chocolate milk with anything. Maybe with just some chocolate chip cookies or brownies. It does not taste that good with foods like toast, meat, cheese, and many other foods. I buy the reduced fat chocolate milk. They also sell no-fat chocolate milk which has less taste.
