Bacon and eggs

This is a very tasty sandwich to make if you like eggs. I have here one egg on an onion roll, two slices of bacon, and a slice of provolone cheese. American cheese also tastes good with bacon and eggs. Onion rolls add a lot of flavor to the sandwich. Making bacon is easy.

Peanut butter sandwich

I always liked peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. It is an easy sandwich to make and is popular with all ages. I have peanut butter here with red raspberry jam. It tastes good with grape jelly also and many other kids of jelly and jams. I like my peanut butter and jelly sandwiches on toast. You can also have it with just plain white bread.

Meatball sandwich

I have meatballs every week with pasta. These are beef meatballs on rye bread. They now also have turkey meatballs. Turkey meatballs have less fat. You can add grated cheese on top of meatballs. I also have them plain in a bowl with pasta and sauce. Meatballs go well on toast, rye bread, white bread, Italian bread, and other kinds of breads.

Turkey sandwich

Turkey tastes great with mayonnaise. If you have any leftover turkey from Thanksgiving, you can make a sandwich with it on rye, white bread, or a roll, and put mayonnaise on the bread. I heat the turkey up first in the oven or microwave.

Egg sandwich on toast

This is a very tasty sandwich to make in the morning if you like eggs. Eggs and toast go well together. Just scramble one egg. I then put the egg in microwave. You can also scramble the eggs and have them cook on the stove in a frying pan if you like. Make the toast, and add a slice of American cheese when everything is done. This scrambled egg sandwich tastes very good. You can also add ketchup to it if you like.

Cream cheese and red raspberry jam

This is a very easy sandwich to make and taste very good. Cream cheese and red raspberry jam goes well with toast. Cream cheese taste best when the toast is dark. If you like cheese, you can also add a slice of American cheese.

Swiss cheese sandwich

A Swiss cheese sandwich tastes good with a lot of mayonnaise on it. Mustard also goes well with it. Swiss cheese is good with rye bread or toast. Swiss cheese, like other cheeses, is a good way to get some extra calcium and vitamin B12.

Provolone cheese sandwich

This is a good sandwich to make. Provolone cheese with roasted peppers on rye bread. I didn't add it here, but if you like mayonnaise, it tastes very good with mayonnaise added to the sandwich.

Egg salad

Making egg salad is easy. It makes a great sandwich. Be sure to first read how to make hard boiled eggs if you don't already know how. After you peel the eggs and put them in a bowl, all you do is add some mayonnaise and mix it together. Salt, and even a little pepper taste good on them. Egg salad tastes good on white bread. I also have it on a roll sometimes. One to two eggs should be enough for each person.

Cheese with mustard on toast

A simple sandwich to make for any time of the day or night. Cheese goes well with mustard. It is a much tastier sandwich on toast than just plain white bread.

Red salmon

This makes a great sandwich. Red salmon with mayonnaise. I have it here on an onion roll. It also tastes good on toast. You can also add lettuce and tomatoes to it. Red salmon taste very good if you have never had it before. Be sure to drain as much water out of the can as you can. It does not taste good otherwise with all that water.

Deli style mustard & cheese

This is another favorite sandwich of mine. It is simple to prepare. Just a slice of cheese and mustard. I also have it with mayonnaise sometimes instead. The mustard is "deli style" but yellow mustard is great also. The deli style mustard I have has white wine and horseradish in it. It is not hot though. It tastes very good.

Cream cheese & strawberry jam

Cream cheese and strawberry jam makes a great sandwich. It is one of my favorite sandwiches. I have it on white bread most of the time. It also goes well on toast. You can also add a slice of cheese with it. It is an easy sandwich to make and all ages will like it.

Eggs in microwave

Scrambled eggs come out good in the microwave oven. Instead of taking out a frying pan and cooking them, all you do is scramble them and put them in a bowl that is safe for microwave use. I also use a no-stick cooking spray, so the egg does not stick to the bowl. It takes about 1 minute for each egg. I have one egg here on white bread. It makes a good sandwich.
