This is a very tasty sandwich to make in the morning if you like eggs. Eggs and toast go well together. Just scramble one egg. I then put the egg in microwave. You can also scramble the eggs and have them cook on the stove in a frying pan if you like. Make the toast, and add a slice of American cheese when everything is done. This scrambled egg sandwich tastes very good. You can also add ketchup to it if you like.
Here is a dinner you can make with hot dogs. Hot dogs, beans, and french fries. This is a low fat beef hot dog. I had the hot dog without a roll or bread. I put ketchup on the french fries. Applesauce goes well with the hot dogs, beans, and french fries. I have my other hot dog meal listed. This has hot dogs, beans, and rice in place of the french fries.
This is one of my favorites. Hot dogs with rice and beans. I sometimes add butter on top of the rice or applesauce mixed in or on the side. It goes well with the beans also. The hot dogs go well with mustard, ketchup, or applesauce on them. I buy turkey hot dogs most of the time since they have lower fat than the beef hot dogs.
