This makes a great sandwich. Red salmon with mayonnaise. I have it here on an onion roll. It also tastes good on toast. You can also add lettuce and tomatoes to it. Red salmon taste very good if you have never had it before. Be sure to drain as much water out of the can as you can. It does not taste good otherwise with all that water.

I've never tried a salmon sandwich before. I've had salmon with nuts,caramel and pineapple on top that was tasty.
